Mobilizing Communities for a Just Response Grant
The Mobilizing Communities for a Just Response grant program seeks to engage local, tribal government agencies, and community-based organizations to address COVID-19-related health disparities. The grant also provides a means to advance health equity by expanding community capacity for equity and change. This will be achieved through building relationships of respect and trust; strengthening data availability and quality for community planning and analysis; building community capacity that promotes community leaders as public health decision makers and policy advocates; building community capacity so that community members can influence decision-makers and influential stakeholders; and co-creating culturally and linguistically diverse media, outreach and education.

Applications are due to DHSJustResponseGrant@dhs.wisconsin.gov no later than December 6, 2021 at 4 p.m. CT. Additional information can be found in the attached Request for Applications.
