The Department of Health Services (DHS), Division of Public Health (DPH) is issuing this Grant Funding Opportunity (GFO) to local health departments and tribal health centers through the Overdose Data to Action (OD2A) program to form and facilitate a local multi-disciplinary Overdose Fatality Review (OFR) team.
