The SUD services will include intervention, treatment, or family support services in the area of innovative non-inpatient, non-residential services for low-income uninsured or underinsured African Americans, and Hispanic/Latinx individuals located in an urban setting. The purpose of the solicitation is to reduce the prevalence of alcohol and other substance use disorders and increase behavioral health equity among the identified populations, utilizing soundly researched approaches. The solicitation will provide an opportunity for behavioral health providers to collaborate, achieve and identify improved outcomes, using effective strategies, soundly researched practices, and best practices.
