COORDINATED SPECIALTY CARE
The Wisconsin Department of Health Services (DHS) is seeking proposals for Coordinated Specialty Care (CSC) and intends to use the results of this process to award a Grant agreement.

The DHS represented by the Division of Care and Treatment Services (DCTS) invites certified Community Support Programs (CSP), Comprehensive Community Services (CCS) programs, or nonprofit certified mental health outpatient clinics to submit an application for the development and implementation of an Early Intervention Treatment for First Episode Psychosis (FEP) Program based in the Coordinated Specialty Care (CSC) model. An outpatient mental health provider must describe how they can offer all components of the program including in-home and community services. The CSC evidence-based model is an early intervention program serving youth and young adults age 15-25 with non-organic, non-affective psychotic disorder diagnoses. The CSC Program will utilize a coordinated team approach to provide intensive services to young adults in the early stages of FEP utilizing person-centered and recovery-oriented philosophies.
