Healthcare Emergency Readiness Coalition (HERC) Coordinator Grant Agreement Position G-0564 DPH-18

The purpose of this document is to provide interested parties with information that enables them to prepare and submit a proposal to apply for one of seven grant agreement positions serving as a coalition coordinator in one of the healthcare emergency readiness coalitions (HERCs) located in Wisconsin (see Appendix A for a map). DHS intends to use the results of this solicitation to issue seven grant agreements for coalition coordinators that meet federal and state requirements.
