Targeted HIV Prevention Grants
The Wisconsin Division of Public Health, AIDS/HIV Program, is requesting applications from community-based organizations, community health centers and others interested in providing targeted HIV Prevention services throughout Wisconsin, beginning with the 9 month period of April 1, 2018 – December 31, 2018, with the potential of funding renewed for the 12-month period of January 1 to December 31 in subsequent years. This Request for Applications (RFA) process has been established in order to determine how to award available grants of federal funds to best meet the HIV prevention needs of Wisconsin residents. Agencies submitting a proposal under this RFA are encouraged to examine HIV demographics, local service needs, and priorities outlined in the Wisconsin Integrated HIV Prevention and Care Plan 2017-2021.
